{"id":222,"date":"2005-05-03T10:55:45","date_gmt":"2005-05-03T08:55:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.constant.irisnet.be\/%7Econstant\/blog\/?p=222"},"modified":"2005-05-03T10:55:45","modified_gmt":"2005-05-03T08:55:45","slug":"good-lord","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hupomnemata.constantvzw.org\/good-lord\/","title":{"rendered":"Good Lord&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I don&#8217;t know exactly how this is working, I should find out more, but I have found these little gems, all bits of music that are in the public domain. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publicdomain4u.com\/\">The public domain for U<\/a> is a collection of old blues and gospel music, which is no longer bound by copyright.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nOne of those <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publicdomain4u.com\/html\/leadbelly.htm\">songs<\/a> you will certainly know: because it was covered by this grunge band relating with a higher state of being&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>And then there is the incomparable Blind Willie Johnson with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publicdomain4u.com\/html\/blind_willie_johnson.htm\">&#8216;Praise god I&#8217;m satisfied&#8217;<\/a>, which could be interpreted as being somewhat ambiguous (but <a href=\"http:\/\/www.annabijnsprijs.nl\/wie_was_anna_bijns.html\">Anna Bijns<\/a> was already being ambiguous in the 16th century&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>In any case, you hear the vinyl cracks in the mp3.
